EnerSys, producer of Odyssey brand batteries, is a sponsor of the 2012 Bigfoot 4×4 monster truck team. To get into the spirit of things, thirty-six Odyssey batteries were outfitted to power the motor of a monster truck converted to electric power. Watch the exhibition-only vehicle show that it can crush cars with the best of them, even if it sounds like the world’s largest radio-controlled truck!

The Odyssey Battery Bigfoot is powered by a 350-horsepower electric motor that cranks out 850 pound-feet of torque. Thirty Odyssey batteries are used to power the motor, while six more provide power to the brakes and steering.
